Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Please note: During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, promotions), processing times may be extended.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Weather or global logistics issues

If your package is delayed, please allow the full estimated shipping window before contacting support.

Incorrect Address

If you enter an incorrect shipping address:

  • You must notify us within 12 hours of placing your order

  • After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee address changes

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please contact your local carrier directly if delivery issues arise.
