Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Incorrect Address
If you enter an incorrect shipping address:

You must notify us within 12 hours of placing your order

After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee address changes

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
